We are an independent comparison and informational tool. We are not a party to any transaction you may enter into with a Retailer. Product fulfillment, warranties, returns, disputes, and customer support for a purchase are solely between you and the Retailer. We do not guarantee that all retailers or offers in the market are included, nor that the ordering or ranking of offers is exhaustive or unbiased beyond disclosed criteria.

Offers may be sourced automatically (e.g., API feeds, structured data, scraping where permitted), manually curated, or provided via affiliate networks. Ranking or prominence may consider relevance, price, availability, historical reliability, conversion performance, user interaction, compensation (affiliate commission), or sponsored placement. Sponsored or advertisement placements (where present) will be labeled (e.g., "Ad", "Sponsored"). We may adjust weighting at any time to improve quality, integrity, or user experience.

The Service (software, design, compilation, trademarks, databases, and original content) is owned or licensed by us and protected by IP laws. By submitting User Content you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable license to host, store, reproduce, modify (for formatting), distribute, display, and otherwise use your content in connection with operating and improving the Service. Outbound links lead to third-party websites we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices. Visiting a Retailer site is at your own risk; review their terms, privacy, cookies, and return policies.

Compensation may influence the order or prominence of certain offers; however, we aim to present relevant, transparent comparisons. Sponsored placements are identified. You are not charged extra by us due to affiliate relationships.

Beta features may be unstable, incomplete, or withdrawn at any time. They are provided "AS IS" without warranties and may contain test datasets or synthetic results.

OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS IN ANY TWELVE (12) MONTH PERIOD WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (i) THE AMOUNTS (IF ANY) YOU PAID US FOR ACCESS TO PAID FEATURES DURING THAT PERIOD.
